Types SS & SF Flexible Hose Connectors
Types SS and SF braided metal hose connectors are built with stainless steel helical corrugated interior tube to provide flexibility, and stainless steel basket-weave exterior braid to prevent excess elongation. The end nipples and end flanges are carbon steel.

Corrugated braided hose connections flex because the metal bends elastically, and springs back to its original position when the bending force is removed. It is recommended for suction and discharge connections of pumps and at the ends of suction and discharge headers of pressure system.

Maximum working pressure rating is 175 psi.
Maximum working temperature rating is 250°F.

The following types are available:
TYPE SS stainless steel hose with steel male screwed ends.
TYPE SF stainless steel hose with 150 # steel flanged ends (see photo).
Non-standard connector lengths and special end fittings are available.

Type VR Vibration Rail Sets
Type VR Vibration Rail Sets assure a high degree of vibration isolation. The interlock of the top rail and the baseplate eliminates all metal-to-metal contact, provides uniform structural support for the pump unit and improves stability when portions of the unit overhang the support plate.

The center of gravity of the basic unit and its extension can be set equidistant from the built-in isolators.

The top channel member is drilled and tapped and bolted to the unit base. The bottom flat member extends beyond the top and is drilled for lagging to the concrete sub-base. The top and bottom members are separated by rubber-in-shear isolators permanently fixed in place and distributed for uniform load support. Each rail generally is built with two isolators, and therefore, each rail set has four isolators.

The standard maximum load ratings are as follows:
400# per isolator 
800# per rail
1600# per rail set

Type CM Cork Mats
Type CM Cork Mats are designed for installation between a concrete inertia block and a concrete sub-base.

The mats are 2" thick, steel bound around all four sides and have water-proof top and bottom coatings. The corkboard is made of pure natural cork granules selected for uniform size and density, then compressed and baked.

These heavy density cork mats are resistant to moisture and have an ambient temperature rating of 180°F. Their maximum load rating is 7,000 lbs. per. sq. ft.
