List Prices

STEEL RECEIVERS AND NON-STANDARD RECEIVER SIZES:
CCV basic unit list prices include cast iron receivers of the sizes shown in the Engineering Selection Table and on the unit list price sheets. If a non-standard size cast iron receiver, a standard size steel receiver or a non-standard size steel receiver is required, deduct the list price and weight of the standard cast iron receiver from the table below, and add the list price and weight of the desired receiver. (NOTE: Replacement CCV receiver list prices are shown on the CCV price page.)

Example 1: Standard unit has a 45 gallon cast iron receiver. Unit requires a 45 gallon steel receiver. Deduct $8202 from the basic unit list price, then add $3111 to the basic unit list price. 

Example 2: Standard unit has a 45 gallon cast iron receiver. Unit requires a 70 gallon cast iron receiver. Deduct $8202 from the basic unit list price, then add $8928 to the basic unit list price.

Example 3: Standard unit has a 45 gallon cast iron receiver. Unit requires a 120 gallon steel receiver. Deduct $8202 from the basic unit list price, then add $4584 to the basic unit list price. 

NOTE: For units built with receiver capacity of 150 gallons or more, refer to Type BFV units.

GALVANIZING: The following list price additions cover hot-dip galvanizing, inside and outside, of the receiving tank (applies only to units with steel receivers). No shipping weight addition is required. Use these galvanizing list price additions after taking the list price deduction for steel receivers.

WIRING DEDUCTIONS FOR SINGLE PHASE UNITS:   
Standard single phase unit list prices include factory wiring of motor(s) to float switch(es). To delete  this wiring, the following list price deductions apply:   Single unit   ---   $162                 Duplex unit   ---   $324

 STARTER MOUNTING AND/OR WIRING DEDUCTIONS FOR THREE PHASE UNITS:  
Standard three phase units list prices include factory mounting of magnetic starter(s) on the receiver plus wiring of the starter(s) to the motor(s) and float switch(es). To delete the mounting and/or wiring of the starters, the following list price deductions apply:

Magnetic starter mounted but unwired - single unit   ---   $198
Magnetic starters mounted but unwired - duplex unit    ---   396
Magnetic starter unmounted and unwired - single unit   ---   594
Magnetic starters unmounted and unwired - duplex unit   ---   1143

NOTE:  If magnetic starters are not to be furnished for a three phase unit, make the applicable list price deduction shown above and then deduct for the magnetic starter(s) list price as shown on VSA price page in Sec.4 .

OMISSION OF GAUGE GLASS:  
To delete standard gauge glass and cock set, deduct   ---   $162

MOTOR PROTECTION: 
All 1-phase motors up thru 3/4 HP 1750 RPM and up thru 1 HP 3450 RPM are equipped with built-in overload protection. Therefore, magnetic starters are not furnished as standard equipment on these units, and the float switches are factory wired directly to the motors (the float switches are rated to carry the full motor load).
All 3-phase motors do not have built-in overload protection (nor do larger 1-phase motors), and so these units are furnished with a magnetic starter for each motor, factory mounted on the unit and wired to the motors  and float switches. 

TYPE CCV-BG BOILER FEED UNITS:
Type CCV condensation return units can be furnished as Type CCV-BF boiler feed units by substituting a makeup water valve for the standard float switch(es). When making this change, add "BF" to the model number of the unit (example: CCV-2040-4BF). It is advisable to increase the standard tank size on these boiler feed units by one or two sizes to allow for storage of makeup water for the boiler. 

The pump(s) on such units are controlled by the water level controller (such as McDonnell & Miller No. 150) mounted on the boiler. For alternators and other accessories applicable to boiler feed units, see the BFC price sheets.

ADDITIONAL RECEIVER TAPPINGS:
Standard CCV receivers include only those tappings shown on the dimension drawing in the bulletin, in the positions shown. If additional threaded tappings are required, or if the location of the tappings are to be changed, make the following list price additions per tapping. (Tapping locations can be changed on steel receivers only, at no price addition, if the number of tappings is not increased.)

INLET STRAINER FOR TANK RETURN CONNECTION:
Strainers 3" and smaller are "Y" type. Strainers 4" and larger are basket type. 

SUCTION SHUT-OFF VALVES: 
To add butterfly type shut off valve between the pump suction flange and the receiver, see Section 2, type BFV price pages for list price additions. 

LEAD-LAG PUMP CONTROLS:
The following options are available to provide manual lead-lag transfer of the pumps. Both options provide two-pump simultaneous operation of the pumps when rquired by the in-flow rate. (If Type D duplex control panels are used, do not use these option prices, but rather use the manual transfer switch price on the Type D panel price sheet.)

Option A - "Lead-Lag-Test" buttons in the covers of the magnetic starters (if the basic unit does not have magnetic starters as standard equipment, add for two magnetic starters, plus mounting and wiring charge, plus this option A addition)   ---   $801

Option B - Four-pole double-throw (4PDT) manual transfer switch mounted and wired on the unit (Can be used with or without magnetic starters. If control voltage is more than 240V, add control circuit transformer for each magnetic starter.)   ---   $1035
